We offer three sizes:

Small — fits breeds up to approximately 25 lbs. Great for French Bulldogs, Shih Tzus, Maltese, Pugs, Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, and similar small breeds.

Medium — fits breeds from 25–65 lbs. Perfect for Goldendoodles, Beagles, Cocker Spaniels, Bulldogs, Whippets, and similar mid-size breeds.

Large — fits breeds from 65–100+ lbs. Built for Labrador Retrievers, Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds, Standard Poodles, Bernedoodles, and similar large breeds.

If your dog is between sizes or still growing, we always recommend sizing up for maximum comfort.

Always size up. Dogs are more comfortable with a little extra room, and a slightly larger crate still looks beautiful in your home. The only time we'd suggest sizing down is if your dog is very young and you want the crate to feel den-like and cozy — but keep in mind they'll grow into it quickly.

Yes — many of our customers use the Large for two smaller dogs. As a general rule, add the weights of both dogs together and choose the size that comfortably fits that combined weight. Two dogs under 40 lbs total can typically share a Medium; two dogs under 70 lbs can share a Large. We've seen two Bernedoodle puppies fit perfectly in a Large, as shown in our product photos.

Your dog should be able to stand up, turn around, and lie down comfortably. If you're unsure, measure your dog from nose to tail base (length) and from floor to top of head while standing (height), then compare to the interior dimensions above.

We offer three wood finishes:

White Maple — Our most popular finish. A light, creamy hardwood with a subtle, clean grain. Works beautifully in modern, Scandinavian, farmhouse, and transitional interiors. If you're unsure which to choose, start here.

White Oak — A step up in warmth and character. White Oak has a more pronounced grain and a slightly golden tone that deepens over time. Popular in modern farmhouse and mid-century modern homes.

Etched Wood — Our richest, most textured finish. Features a deep hand-etched grain pattern that adds warmth and visual depth. Pairs beautifully with dark furniture, leather sofas, and moody interiors.

The crate is constructed from premium real hardwood — not MDF, particle board, or flat-pack materials. The curved body is formed using a custom plywood bending process that creates the signature rounded corners, then finished with a real wood veneer. This construction method is what gives the crate its exceptional strength and the ability to support over 500 lbs on the top surface. The door frame and hardware are aircraft-grade aluminum, CNC-machined and powder-coated for durability.

Aluminum door (standard) — Our classic open-bar design. Durable, excellent airflow, and gives the crate a clean, modern look. The bars are spaced to prevent paws or snouts from getting caught.

Polycarbonate door (upgrade) — A premium clear panel made from scratch-resistant polycarbonate that is twice as strong as standard acrylic. Your dog can see their family at all times, which significantly reduces anxiety in dogs that experience separation stress. The panel still has ventilation slots along the edges. Many customers with anxious dogs find this door to be transformative — their dog goes in voluntarily because they don't feel isolated.

Each Noble Pet crate is engineered to support over 500 lbs on the top surface. This isn't a marketing claim — it's a structural requirement we built into the design from day one because we knew customers would use the crate as a nightstand, end table, or surface for lamps, plants, and décor. Kids sitting and climbing on the crate is completely fine.

The power station is flush-mounted into the top surface of the crate and includes 2 AC outlets, 2 USB-A ports, 1 USB-C port, and a Qi wireless charging pad. It pops up when pressed and folds flat when not in use. It connects to a standard wall outlet via a discreet cable routed through the back leg of the crate. You can charge your phone, a lamp, a white noise machine, or a baby monitor directly from the crate top — no visible cords on the surface.

The interior surfaces are finished with a non-toxic, pet-safe coating. The aluminum door and hardware are chew-resistant by design. For heavy chewers, we recommend the aluminum door over the polycarbonate option. The wood body is not designed to be chewed on, and we recommend crate training your dog before leaving them unsupervised. If your dog is a destructive chewer, please reach out to us — we can advise on the best configuration for your situation.

Every Noble Pet crate is handcrafted within our Amish community in the USA. Multiple specialized craftsmen work on each crate — from custom plywood bending and CNC routing to aluminum fabrication, engraving, staining, and finishing. This is not mass production. Each crate is built to order by people who take genuine pride in their craft. We do not import or use overseas manufacturing.

Each crate is handcrafted to order. Current production time is 3–4 weeks, followed by white glove in-home delivery scheduling. You'll receive email updates at each stage: order confirmation, production start, production complete, and delivery scheduling. Our delivery team will call you to confirm a delivery window before arrival.

White glove delivery means our team brings the crate directly into your home, places it in the room of your choice, sets it up, installs the bed, and removes all packaging. You don't carry anything or deal with boxes. It's the same service you'd expect from a high-end furniture company — because that's what we are. White glove delivery is included at no extra charge on every order.

Currently we ship within the contiguous United States only. We are working on expanding to Canada and select international markets. If you're outside the US, please contact us at hello@noblepetfamily.com and we'll let you know when your region becomes available.

Yes. You'll receive email updates at each stage of production and delivery. Once your crate ships, you'll receive tracking information and a call from our delivery team to schedule your in-home delivery window. If you ever have questions about your order status, email us at hello@noblepetfamily.com with your order number.

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely in love with your crate for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free pickup and issue a full refund. No questions asked, no restocking fees. We stand behind every piece we make.

Yes. Every Noble Pet crate comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, structural issues, and hardware failures under normal use. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you. We also offer extended warranty coverage — ask us about it at checkout or via email.

Because we use white glove delivery, damage during transit is extremely rare — our delivery team inspects the crate before bringing it into your home. In the unlikely event of any damage, document it with photos at the time of delivery and contact us immediately at hello@noblepetfamily.com. We will arrange a replacement at no charge.

Yes — every crate includes an engraved aluminum nameplate. Simply enter your dog's name at checkout in the "Pet Name" field and our craftsmen will engrave it before the crate ships. The nameplate is mounted on the front door panel and is one of the most loved details of the crate. Names up to 12 characters engrave beautifully.

Yes. The standard bed comes in Bone White, which complements all three wood finishes. At checkout you can upgrade to Charcoal, Sage, or Blush. All covers are waterproof and scratch-resistant, and they're removable and machine washable.

We occasionally take on custom projects for unique sizing requirements or special finishes. Contact us at hello@noblepetfamily.com with your requirements and we'll let you know if it's something we can accommodate. Custom orders typically have a longer lead time and may carry a premium.

The power station must be installed during the build process — it cannot be added after the crate has been completed. If you're on the fence, we recommend adding it at checkout. It's one of the most-loved features and customers who skip it often wish they hadn't. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering if you'd like to add it before production begins.
