What sizes are available and what breeds do they fit?

Small fits breeds up to 25 lbs (Shih Tzu, Maltese, French Bulldog). Medium fits 25–65 lbs (Goldendoodle, Beagle, Cocker Spaniel). Large fits 65–100+ lbs (Labrador, Golden Retriever, German Shepherd). If your dog is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for maximum comfort.
What wood types are available and what's the difference?

White Maple is our standard — a light, creamy hardwood with a subtle grain that works in almost any home. White Oak has a more pronounced grain and a slightly warmer tone. Etched Wood features a deep, hand-etched grain pattern that pairs beautifully with dark furniture and leather sofas.
What's the difference between the aluminum and polycarbonate door?

The aluminum door is our standard open-bar design — classic, durable, and great for airflow. The polycarbonate door is a premium upgrade made from scratch-resistant polycarbonate that gives your dog full visibility while keeping the crate looking like a piece of furniture.
How does the power station work?

The power station is built flush into the top surface of the crate and includes AC outlets, USB ports, and a wireless charging pad. It plugs into a standard wall outlet via a discreet cable routed through the back leg.
How long does delivery take?

Each crate is handcrafted to order by our Amish artisans. Current production time is 3–4 weeks, followed by white glove in-home delivery. You'll receive tracking updates throughout and a delivery window confirmation call before arrival.
What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely in love with your crate, contact us and we'll arrange a free pickup and full refund. No questions asked.
